2.1 Description: Dr. Nicolette Richer, DSocSCi, offers programs and retreats focused on health and wellness, including but not limited to:

3. Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to enroll in any program.
3.2 Health Conditions: Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, medications, or dietary restrictions before starting a program.
3.3 Right to Refuse: Dr. Nicolette Richer, DSocSCi, reserves the right to refuse service or participation to anyone for reasons including but not limited to safety, disruptive behavior, or failure to comply with these Terms.
4. Booking and Payment Policies
4.1 Registration: Participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate information to secure their spot in any program or retreat.
4.2 Payments:
Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or other specified methods.
4.3 Cancellations:
Retreat Cancellation Policy: Once you make your payment in full, there are no cancellations or refunds for any reason. One exception: if you can't attend the retreat due to a medical emergency (i.e., a positive COVID-19 test, a pregnancy complication, etc.), please provide a doctor's note and medical proof of a positive COVID-19 test, and we can arrange a credit for a future retreat, online program, client consultation, or other Richer Health product, or you can transfer your spot to a friend or a relative.
For our Eat Real to Heal Course and Nutrition & Detox Coaching Certification Program, we do not offer refunds for any reason once a purchase has been made. This policy applies regardless of circumstances, including changes in schedule, personal availability, or unforeseen events. However, if you are unable to attend or complete the course, you are welcome to transfer your spot to another person of your choosing. Please notify us in writing at nicolette@richerhealth.ca with the full name and email address of the individual you wish to transfer your enrollment to.
4.4 Rescheduling: If unforeseen circumstances arise, Dr. Nicolette Richer, DSocSci, may reschedule events. Participants will be notified promptly and offered alternative dates or credits.
5. Health and Safety
5.1 Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during all activities. Dr. Nicolette Richer, DSocSci, strongly advises consulting a healthcare provider before starting any wellness program.
5.2 Emergency Situations: In case of an emergency, Nicolette Richer’s staff will provide reasonable assistance but they are not liable for outcomes.
5.3 Confidentiality: All disclosed health information will be kept confidential and used solely to ensure a safe and customized experience.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership: All materials, content, and intellectual property provided during programs, retreats, or through the website are owned by Dr. Nicolette Richer, DSocSci.
6.2 Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of Nicolette Richer’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
